– We don’t keep bank/card payment details for any longer than keying into a machine if you pay over the phone, or post straight off to Golden Charter if you’ve taken out a pre-paid arrangement with us.

– We aim only to keep your contact details to provide information now or in the future of what could be helpful or useful to you, and probably save money. We’ll ask you what you could be interested in and how you’d like to be contacted.

– If we have posted anything to you or contacted you about anything that you didn’t want or don’t want in the future, please let us know by sending your request to FREEPOST H W F S. If we made an honest mistake we will apologise.

– If you receive a leaflet through your letterbox letting you know about the Golden Charter Plans we provide, this is organised by area, so if you didn’t want it, please dispose of in the recycling, or give it to somebody you think would benefit.
